Roll Forming
The material is then passed through a series of rollers and dies that gradually shape it into the desired profile. The rollers and dies are specifically designed to create the unique shape of a profiles, including the trough and the various bends and folds.
Cutting
At specific intervals, the machine will have a cutting mechanism that can cut the formed profiles into the desired lengths. The length control system ensures that each section of the profiles is consistent in size.
Contact Panel
Use Mitsubishi or Siemens operating system with stable performance, simple operation, as long as the input length and quantity are automatically produced by the profiles forming machine, and the cutting length tolerance is within ± 2mm
