This water ring granule line is special for EVA,modified material or color masterbatch.When assorted with same specification kneader and mixing mill,forming a complete granulation line.
According to the unable extrusion particularity of various materials,we have successful made some special design on the structure of the screw able to detect and control temperature accurately,to effectively avoid the forming and color difference in extruding and fianlly make finished granules even and smooth.The granulated line is stable in operation with low emergy cost,high productivity and compact structure.It is an ideal granulating and sampling equipment for granulation manufacturers.
The technological process is as follows:
Kneader mixer→bucket conveyor→ automatic mixing mill→extruder mainframe and cutter→speed-spin dryer→whirlwind cooler→cooling conveyor→blender→final product(granule)
