JOYEE was established in 2002 and locate in Foshan, Guangdong. We are a local manufacturer specializing in whirlpool bathtub, outdoor SPA, indoor and outdoor sauna, steam sauna room.
Our products have been well sold to many European countries, such as France, Italy, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, etc. Also popular in Canada, USA, Australia, Japan, Philippines, Israel, Maldives and so on.
We have 5 sanitary ware production lines and more than 500 workers producing about one million pieces of sanitary ware each year. The advance bathtub production line produces 850,000 bathtubs every years.
Our bathtub is made of 4MM pure acrylic, Stainless steel frame and choose “LX” pump which with CE, UL and SAA certificate. Each bathtub must be pass water test 24 hours without leaking. Then package.

Q2 : What is your terms of delivery ?
A: EXW, FOB, (Nansha, Shenzhen , Foshan) are available .
Q3 : How long is your delivery time ?
A: Normally within 15 to 35 days after receiving T/T deposit, the specific delivery time depends on the order quantity and item.
Q4: What's your sample policy?
A: Samples are available, sample fee and and freight need to confirmed with us.
Q5: What's your payment terms?
A: T/T 50% deposit paid in advance, 50% balance before delivery or against copy of B/L .
Q6: Do you have certificate for your hot tub?
A: Yes, we have CE, RoHS, ISO9001:2008 certificate, and our CE certificate was tested by TUV company.
Q7: How can I get the specific price for one product?
A: A best quotation will be given according to you specific requirement, such as model, quantity, function etc.
Q8: How long is your product warranty?
A: 7 years for structure; 3 years on the spa shell, 2 years for electrical motor, control system and plumbing.
Q9: Regards to after sales service, would you supply the spare parts if broken ?
A: First, pls send us photos or videos so that we can analyze the problems and avoid them happen next time.
Second, if it is a non-human damaged spare part, we will provide the free spare parts to you.
Q10: How about the Volt and Hz?
A: Generally we produce 220-240V/380V, 50/60Hz.Other voltages are negotiable.
