Product Description
Roofing system roll forming machine has a big range of metal sheet profiles. It includes trapezoidal panel, PV-4, PV-5, corrugated panel, roof tile panel, step glazed tile, metal deck panel, standing seam panel, ridge cap, rain gutter, double layer/ two layer, K span panel and ridge cap machine. Its products are widely used in roof and wall system in workshop construction and housing construction.
Different countries has different its own commonly used profiles and name. Here are some popular drawing profiles selected by our customers:
The normal machinable thickness range of our roof panel roll forming machine is 0.3mm-0.8mm, working raw material is Aluminum, PPGI, Galvanized steel, Galvalume steel etc. We design the machine according to your drawing, specially the pitch and height of each wave. This machine is used to form the pre-painted sheet/GI material to various roofing of the projects such as sports center, exhibition center, subway project, airport and stadium etc.

Packing & Delivery
Before loading to the container, we will check the machine first
Second, make some protection on the machine, Such as, we will paint the coil on the roller and shaft, in case the roller and shaft got corrosion and rusty during long time delivery
Third, we will make the plastic package on the easy damage parts, and fix all the parts into container by the steel wire ropes, and ensure the machine will not damage when shaking on sea.
At last, we will take photos for customer when loading to container
