First, please confirm whether you operate the printer properly or not. Please clean your print head, change the old spare parts and try print again.

Second, if the problem still happens, we will check your batch ink samples of your order in our side. If necessary, we will dispatch technician to go to customer’s factory to help solve the problems. Anyway, finally solving customer problem is our aim.
