1.For all of our rollers, spacers and shafts, we all mark numbers on it, it’s very convenient for you to maintenance the machine in the future.
2.There is ball bearings inside the main rollers, to make all the rollers run at same speed when machine is run.
3.Because the rollers inside with ball bearings, our rollers is bigger than others, so work speed is faster.
4.All rollers and spacers, we do 0.03mm thickness chrome coating, to increase hardness and anti-rust. Some factories maybe use 0.01-0.02mm chrome coating.
5.We make grooves to inset two nuts and cushion on the shaft. To avoid shafts loosing when machine works. Due to
this design, shafts will be fixed more and more firm when it is working.

Q1.If I want a custom machine, what should I provide?
A:It is necessary to provide the outline, material, thickness, voltage and your special requirements.
Q2.What are your payment terms and delivery?
A:After confirming the required model, 30% down payment is made and theremaining 70% is delivered to balance payment after the control machine beforedelivery. Production will be arranged after deposit is received.
Q3.When is the warranty?
A:The machine will be repaired free of charge for 12 months from the date of shipment. We will also send you a set of CD and specifications (Chinese and English) with the machine.
Q4.What can you do if the car breaks down?
A:The warranty period of our machine is 12 months. lf the broken parts can not be repaired, we will send new parts to replace for free. But if the warranty period is over, you need to pay the express fee. We are able to solve problems through negotiation and provide the technical support for the whole life equipment.
lf you need us to send engineers to your factory, you need to pay for travel expenses, such as Visa, round trip air ticket, hotels (from our factory until return to our factory).
