LRS-6 emulsified asphalt unit
The LRS-6 emulsified asphalt unit is a practical emulsified asphalt equipment designed and manufactured using the RH-6 colloid mill. It is divided into three types of emulsified asphalt equipment: independent direct heating, independent thermal oil, and intelligent. It has the characteristics of low cost, easy handling, simple operation, low failure rate, and strong practicality. The entire set of equipment and operation control cabinet are installed on the base, forming a whole. The unit is designed with asphalt heating equipment to provide asphalt at the required temperature. If requested by the user, an asphalt temperature regulating tank can be added. The aqueous solution is heated using three methods: thermal oil discharge pipes installed inside the tank or external hot water boilers and electric heating pipes, which are available for users to choose from.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
The main solution is to solve the problem of oil and water ratio. It adopts two speed regulating electric arc wheel pumps. According to the ratio of oil and water, the speed of the gear pump is adjusted to meet the ratio requirements. The operation is both intuitive and convenient. The oil and water are transported into the emulsifier through the two pumps for emulsification.
