Rubber powder asphalt equipment
The concept of rubber asphalt: According to the widely accepted international concept, rubber asphalt is a modified asphalt binder produced by mixing matrix asphalt, waste tire rubber powder, and additives under certain conditions. The rubber powder particles undergo swelling reaction, and only when the content of waste tire rubber powder is not less than 15% (internal mixing) or 17.6 (external mixing) during the production process, and the product can meet certain quality requirements, can it be called rubber asphalt.
When waste tire rubber powder and asphalt are mixed under high temperature conditions, chemical and physical reactions will occur at the same time. The rubber powder surface reacts with the oil in the base asphalt to form a gel, but the core of the rubber powder particle still exists. The core of the particle is connected with the base asphalt molecule through the gel, so the rubber asphalt still maintains the properties of solid liquid two-phase under high temperature conditions.
