Fully intelligent emulsified asphalt production equipment
The emulsified asphalt production equipment products adopt fully automatic intelligent material proportioning control, with sensitive temperature and liquid level detection control and precise proportioning control. The production speed and output are automatically recorded by the proportioning system, and can be applied to various asphalt emulsions such as anions, cations, fast cracking, and slow cracking. 1. Main components system
The LR series emulsified asphalt production equipment consists of WYT-III computer temperature and liquid level control system, KD688 computer flow automatic proportioning system, electrical detection system, emulsification machine, cleaning system, storage and transportation system, and central electrical control system.
2. Heating method
There are mainly two heating methods: thermal oil heating and electric heating, and the two heating methods can be used in conjunction with each other.

The temperature, liquid level, ratio of asphalt and emulsifier aqueous solutions, production speed and total output of emulsified asphalt, operators, production date, shift, etc. are all controlled and recorded by computers.
Main advantages: the temperature, liquid level and proportion of lotion production are controlled accurately, the product quality is stable, all materials are transmitted in a closed manner, and all production related data are recorded by the automatic proportion flow system, which is highly automated and civilized, and more convenient for standardized management.
4. Main functions
4.1. Real time measurement of instantaneous flow and relative proportion of asphalt and lotion;
4.2. The keyboard (panel) sets the proportion of asphalt and emulsion, as well as the production speed of emulsified asphalt, and automatically controls the flow rate of the two fluids of asphalt and emulsion. The ratio range for asphalt and emulsion is set to 20-70%.
4.3. Measure and control the temperature and liquid level of asphalt and emulsifier solutions with bandwidth.
4.4. Automatic alarm for abnormal working conditions (asphalt or emulsifier solution interruption) and shutdown according to the proposed program.
4.5. The keyboard panel sets a series of parameters such as control parameters, alarm parameters, total production output of asphalt and emulsifier solutions, flow sensing correction values, etc. When the measurement parameters exceed the limit, an audible and visual alarm will be triggered.
4.6. The set value can be stored for a long time without loss (i.e. shut down for more than one year).
4.7. It can produce both cationic emulsified asphalt and anionic emulsified asphalt; It can emulsify various domestic asphalt as well as various imported asphalt.
