Emulsified asphalt equipment is a special equipment used to produce emulsified asphalt, which is characterized by breaking asphalt into tiny particles by mechanical force under the action of emulsifier, and uniformly dispersing them in water to form a stable lotion, namely emulsified asphalt. After decades of development, the specifications and varieties of emulsified asphalt equipment have continuously increased, the structural performance has become increasingly perfect, and the technical level has reached a very high level. Emulsified (modified) asphalt products with asphalt content of 50, 55, 60, 65, and 70% can be produced. Emulsified asphalt has strong quality stability and can be stored for more than one month. It is equipped with a colloid mill variable frequency feeding system, which has higher automation, better processing performance, and better emulsification effect, making the entire production process more efficient and safer.

2. Rapid heating tank: Automatic temperature control, equipped with a circulation and cleaning system.
3. Thermostatic tank: automatic temperature control, remote liquid level display, equipped with mixing and anti overflow devices.
4. Asphalt metering and conveying system: Automatically keeps the output flow value constant at the set value and accumulates it in the control system.
5. Rubber powder metering and conveying system: Automatically keeps the output flow value constant at the set value and accumulates it in the control system.
6. Mixing tank: Automatic temperature control, weighing display liquid level.
7. Production system: optional overgrinding or direct discharging, the finished products in the development tank can be sent back for further grinding.

9. Control system: Two independent operating systems, automatic and manual, coexist to remotely control each system device.
