Baiyun Airport.
Q2: How to get the price catalog?
LIRO: We can send you the price catalog through Email or call,just send us your details info(name,Email address,phone number,
etc.) for us,we will send it to you ASAP.
Q3: What about the lead time?
LIRO: Sample needs 3-5 days,mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 100pcs.
Q4: Do you have any MOQ limit for ligth order?
LIRO: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q5: Is it Ok to print my LOGO on product ?
LIRO: Yes.Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.And we also support
to print your LOGO on the flightcase.
Q6: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
LIRO: We usually ship by DHL,UPS,FEDEX or TNT.It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q7: Can I use my own forwader to shipping the products for me?
LIRO: Yes sure,if you have your own forwader in Guangzhou,you can let your forwader ship the products for you.And the you will no
need to pay the shipping cost to us.
Q8: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
LIRO: Yes,we offer 2 years warranty to our products.
Q9: How to deal with the faulty?
LIRO: Firstly,our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.Please send
us pictures or video to check the problem.
Secondly ,during the guarantee period,we will send right spare parts by express to repair.
