HYDRAULIC PILE BREAKING MACHINE
The hydraulic pile breaker provides pressure to multiple cylinders of the pile cutter through power source, and the cylinders directly drive the drill rod to squeeze the pile body at the same time, so that the pile head is cut off.
The pile breaker adopts a highly modular combination, and connects the module through the pin. It can cut off the diameter head within a certain range by combining the number of different modules. Hydraulic pile breaker cutting: such as cast-in-place pile, prefabricated pile, etc.;
According to the shape of pile cutting head, it can be divided into round pile breaker and square pile breaker.

OPERATION PROCESS
Unscrew the cover of the oil filling port, fill the hydraulic oil (ISOVG32, 46, 68 or equivalent hydraulic oil), and observe the oil level in the oil level gauge, please refuel if the oil is insufficient before use. CONNECTION PROCESS
Unscrew the fixing screw on the terminal box on the side of the motor, connect the wiring according to the wiring diagram shown on the motor nameplate, and ensure that the input voltage does not exceed the maximum allowable voltage of the motor.
