Product Description
Intelligent Grouting System is a special equipment for railway and highway construction, which integrates automatic feeding, automatic metering, high-speed mixing, low-speed mixing, slurry storage, pumping slurry and vacuum absorption. It is used in prestressed construction of railway, highway and bridge construction projects and production of some chemical enterprises. It has the characteristics of convenient movement, high degree of automatic transmission, accurate measurement and simple operation.

When using, Just set the unit weight of powder material and water can the machine could be weighed automatically, and the weight of water and mixing time can be controlled.
2.High speed stirring
The rated speed of the high speed mixing barrel is 1430 r/min,when high speed stirring,It can make powder and water fully compatible.
3.Low speed storage and mixing barrel,it could anti-sedimentation.
The machine has a large capacity storage barrel,it can accommodate the grout which has been agitated in the high speed mixing barrel, and can satisfy the continuous feeding of the high flow pressure grout machine, and it has the function of low speed stirring, which can effectively prevent the precipitation of the mortar.
4. Easy to move
The machine is mounted on a mobile frame and can be easily towed and moved by other motor vehicles.
