Asphalt Distributor
AC-GLQ series asphalt distributor is a kind of intelligent hi-tech product specialized in spraying emulsified bitumen, diluted asphalt, modified bitumen, hot asphalt, heavy-duty asphalt, rubberized asphalt, high viscous modified asphalt and so on. Its reasonable designs guarantee the asphalt spray uniformity. It has been improved and perfected continuously and can adapt to any kind of working conditions.
Working Process：1st Step: Pump the hot asphalt from storage pool into asphalt tank through asphalt pump.
2nd Step: Transport it to the construction site and heat the asphalt up to working temperature by the heating system.
3rd Step: Open asphalt pump and spraying valve by operating the electrical apparatus control system.
4th Step: According to three overlapping spraying effects, spray the hot asphalt on pavement on the basis of measured distributing amount and pressure.
2nd Step: Transport it to the construction site and heat the asphalt up to working temperature by the heating system.

Spray width is controlled by multiple air cylinders; each air cylinder can be adjusted freely and controlled independently
External power can realize auto circulated heating without the main engine. This patent will reduce engine wear, prolong the service life of the main engine and save about 10t of diesel per year
Power supply system adopts engine PTO, stable operation; It adopts JOHNSON asphalt pump and JOHNSON heat oil pump
