1. Are you factory, where is it, established year, how many workers?
Yes, our factory locates in Bao'an District, Shenzhen China since 2013 with an area of 20000 square meters,and
with around more than 300 stuffs working for four categories of products, professional video conference camera,
webcam, keyboard, mouse and 15 product lines.
2. How about your main market and if foreign sole distributor is acceptable?
Our main market includes Europe and America; Sole distributor is acceptable for specific item in certain area.
3. Do your products have certificates, can you provide the certificates?
Yes. We have CE, FCC, RoHS, UL etc. for our products and certificates can be provided after order.
4. Do you have a MOQ limit? How about the lead time?
Yes. Our MOQ is 50pcs, Lead time around 7-10 days,3-5 days if stocks available.
5. What’s your Payment Terms, will you accept L/C?
1. For Samples and contract order, We often use Alibaba assurance paid on line and T/T, 30% down payment,
70% before shipment.
2. For those amount exceeds USD 5000, it can be L/C at sight.
6. How about your delivery terms? Will you use CIF?
Yes, we can accept EXW, FOB and CIF.
7. Can you provide samples? How long does it take?
Yes, we can send samples for our real customer. Sampling time around 3-5 days.
8. Can you support OEM and how about the lead time?
Yes we welcome OEM orders and ODM orders, the lead time takes around 30 days after deposit payment received.
9. Can you provide private label? Do you have a MOQ limit for those requests?
Yes. LOGO and Labeling can be provided for free with an order 500 units.
