Base frame
The base frame is made of standard zl104 aluminum material, supporting plastic pipes or fittings through two fixed clamps and two movable clamps.
The BADA butt welding machine base frame uses the hydraulic pressure on the system to carry two pistons on the metal rod to move the clamps back and forth, providing the necessary movement for the welding process. A heating plate separator is installed on the base frame. After the heating plate heats the pipe, the heating plate and the pipe can be well separated.

Planing tool
The planing tool is a tool to clean and smooth both ends of the pipe before the heating process.
The BADA butt welding machine planing tool is designed for self-aligning planing machines, always producing parallel pipe surfaces. There is an emergency stop switch. If an erroneous operation occurs during construction, the emergency stop switch can be used directly to stop the operation. Driven by gears to avoid chain breakage when milling thick pipes. A powerful motor and special material blades are used to make the cutting surface more perfect

Heating plate
Before welding, the pipe end will be heated by this heater. The setting of the heater will be completed through the thermostat on the plate.

Hydraulic unit
Connect the hydraulic unit to the main frame to provide power for welding of connecting pipes or accessories.

When our welds pipe together with data logger, the welding process is in a semi-automatic way, continuous repeat of the welding cycles and automatic control of preset parameters. Data Logger can store up to 1000 welding cycles and sum them into a encrypted EXCEL file. This report can be transferred to a PC/Laptop through a USB port.
