Planing tool
The electric heating plate adopts a polytetrafluoroethylene coating, which has good stability, and an independent temperature control system, which can control the temperature difference within the minimum range of domestic machines.
Heating plate
The quick connector adopts a flat type, which is more environmentally friendly and durable; the milling cutter adopts a powerful motor and a special material blade to make the cutting effect more perfect.
Hydraulic unit
The hydraulic sealing system adopts imported products. The large dial, high-precision shockproof pressure gauge, clearer reading, independent dual-channel timer, can record the two time periods of heat absorption and cooling, and automatically alarm when the timing ends
When our welds pipe together with data logger, the welding process is in a semi-automatic way, continuous repeat of the welding cycles and automatic control of preset parameters. Data Logger can store up to 1000 welding cycles and sum them into a encrypted EXCEL file. This report can be transferred to a PC/Laptop through a USB port.
