Q2. How about your delivery time?
Answer : Generally, it will take 20 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q3. Do you provide after service spare parts?
Answer : Yes, we provide all the spare parts to our vehicles, even 5 years after we stop the production of the vehicle. For your easier working to select the spare parts, we also supply parts manual.
Q4. Do you provide technical support?
Answer : Yes, we provide technical support by email and phone. If necessary, we can also send our engineer to your place.
Q5. Do you provide vehicle assembly service if we buy the vehicles in SKD or CKD way?
Answer : When the vehicle is in SKD way, the reassembly is just bolt and nut work, it is not difficult at all. Unless you have the assembly capability, we do not sell the vehicles in CKD way. If you do have bigger volume, we can send our people to give instructions.
