Intro
Spherical roller bearing have two rows of rollers, which mainly bear a diameter load, and can also bear axial loads in any direction. It has high radial load capacity, especially suitable for heavy loads or vibration loads, but cannot withstand pure axial loads. This kind of bearing outer ring raceway is spherical shape, so its aligning performance is good, can compensate for the coaxial error.

Type
Spherical roller bearings are divided into cylindrical inner holes and conical inner holes.
The tapered inner holes are tapered 1:12 for spherical roller bearings (type 153000 or type 113000) and 1:30 for spherical roller bearings (type K30). When the bearing is matched with a conical shaft, the inner ring moves along the axis to adjust the radial clearance of the bearing.
The main applicable cage: steel plate stamping cage (Z shape), copper alloy cutting cage, pin cage, synthetic resin forming cage.
Main applications: medium and large motor, generator, internal combustion engine, gas turbine, Kailiang machine tool spindle, decelerating device, loading and unloading and handling machinery, all kinds of industrial machinery
