The composition of intelligent grout mixer system:

1. Feeding system:Use screw conveyors to transport cement, bentonite, fly ash and other materials.

2. Grout mixing system: Use a high-speed grout mixer machine to quickly produce slurry through the high-speed rotation of the pulping barrel.

3. Slurry storage: Use a low-speed mixer to store the slurry. When the slurry is full, the high-speed grout mixer only stirs but does not transport it to the storage barrel.

4. Measuring system: weighs various materials, transmits signals to the console for processing, and manages equipment such as pulpers and screw conveyors.

5. Slurry transportation: This system can be used with the customer's existing grouting pump, or an optional grouting pump can be used for slurry transportation.

6. Pneumatic system: The main functions are realized through the control of pneumatic reversing valve.

7. Additive supply: Additives are stored in stainless steel barrels, transported through magnetic pumps, and measured with electromagnetic flow meters

8. Water tank function: used for mixing slurry and self-cleaning of grouting pumps and pipelines

9. Control center: There is a control system installed in the control room, which is the core of the entire grout mixer system.
