Yes, we do provide one-stop service of OEM and ODM, customized software & requirements. We can do customized software within 3 days and golden sample within 5 days. 3. Can you handle small orders? Of course. In order to support clients' business, we prepare certain stock for hot sale model in advance, so that we can sell small quantity products to clients in time. We can also handle small custom orders. 4. How does your factory control the quality? Factory has quick and enthusiastic merchandisers team, strict and responsible QC team. We have served many world operators like MTN, MTC, Airtel, with our high quality products.Harvilon factory strictly executes IQC, during producing QC and before shippment QC, avoiding any faulty device out of factory or goes to our clients. 5. How to pay? You can pay by L/C, D/A, D/P, T/T, WESTERN UNION, PAYPAL or BANK TRANFER etc.. 6. What about the delivery time?Sample lead time is 1-2 days, mass production lead time is from 15 days to 30 days. 7. What's your MOQ? What is your sample policy?Sample lead time is 1-2 days. Samples shall be paid, and cost can be deducted from mass production. 9. What's the production warranty? All products have 1 year warranty. 10. Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country? For small orders, will be the best;And for bulk orders, sea ship is the best but take time;For urgent orders, we suggest via air transportation plus our ship partner send to your door.
