Biomass gas (straw gas) is flammable gas, which produced by pyrolysis or gasification with biomass materials under high temperatures.
Main components: H2(5%~30%),CH4(4%~30%),CO(5%~40%)and a bit unsaturated hydrocarbon above C2,CO2,N2 etc. Generally, the gas heat value is not high, and the low calorific value of gas is 5-6 MJ/Nm3.


Biomass raw material / feed stock/ fuel:


Rice husk, woodchips, sawdust, bark, shavings, crop stalks, coconut husk, olive pomace, bagasse, plastic waste, palm tree, cotton straw, coal dust........

b)  Relative humidity less than 90%(35℃);


c)  Site elevation not higher than 2000m;


d)  For outdoor installation, simple rain shelter is required.

1. How to choose the right model?


1)Please provide some these details: continuous output power? local voltage and frequency ?  fuel consumption such as diesel, natural gas, biogas, biomass gas, coal gas, syngas, etc.?
2)For biomass power plant and coal gas power plant, some clients may doesn’t have gasification system, then we need information about raw material.


2. What’s the warranty?


The warranty is one year. We will offer free service and spare parts during warranty period. Lifetime service will be provided by our trustworthy after-sale team.

3. How to do the maintenance?


Operator training will be provided by our technician. After training, local operator can do the basic maintenance by themselves according to our maintenance manual.

4. What’s about the installation and commissioning?
