System Solution
1MW natural gas genset parallel operation power plant
The electrical system of the power plant consists of two main parts, the generator power generation, distribution and delivery system and the electrical protection system.
The power generation, distribution and delivery system mainly completes the process of generator power distribution, which refers to the parallel connection of multiple generators, and then distributed to all the equipment within the high-voltage outlet cabinet. The electrical protection system part mainly protects the power station's power generation, distribution and transmission through the generator control panel, high-voltage switchgear, busbar cabinet, integrated self-protection, line PT cabinet and other electrical protection equipment.

Control Equipment: control cabinet
The control panel is equipped with a control module that can achieve grid connected operation of multiple generator units, automatic parallel operation and load distribution of multiple units, and can also limit the grid connected power.
The module is equipped with a LCD display screen and a Chinese/English operation configuration screen. It can dynamically display the operation status of the entire unit, with functions such as measuring and protecting various electrical parameters of the unit, querying operating parameters, alarm information, and historical data, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the generator set. The module has a remote communication interface.
The speed and voltage of the unit can be automatically adjusted through the supporting electronic speed control system and excitation system, and can also be finely adjusted through the speed adjustment potentiometer and voltage adjustment potentiometer on the control panel.
