1. Are you a factory or trader ?

We will provide 1-year warranty for each machine. If some parts of the machine cannot work, just send a small video to us, and we will be able to judge which parts cannot work, and mail the non working parts to you for free, vividly instructing you to replace them.
3.How about your design ability? Do you provide OEM service?
We have our own design department and provide design services for thousands of partners. OEM accepts that we provide
aconfidentiality agreement "trade secret contract" for your design security.
4. How to operate the disel generator set?
a. Add water/antifreeze (depending on temperature)
b. Add oil, recommend CD/CF grade
c. Add No. 0 diesel
d. Connect the output wire
e.Connect the cables
f. Start the generator to output electricity
