PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
HYDRAULIC BUTT FUSION MACHINE
Suitable for welding of plastic pipes and fittings made from PE, PP & PVDF.
Be made of Aluminum material, easy to carry and transport.
Consists of Planning Tool, Heating Plate, Basic Frame, Hydraulic Unit and Support.

Basic Frame
The basic frame support the plastic pipes or fittings by two fixed and two movable clamps.
Using the hydraulic pressure on the system, the two pistons on the carrying metal bars move the clamps forward and backward and
supply the necessary movement for the welding process.
A heating plate separator is installed on the basic frame, after the heating plate heats the pipe, the heating plate and the pipe can be separated well.

Planning Tool
The planning Tool is the tool which clean and smooth the both ends of the pipes before the heating process.
There is an emergency stop switch on the planning tool. If a wrong operation occurs during construction, the emergency stop switch can be directly used to stop the operation.
The planning tools are driven by gears to avoid chain breaks when milling thick pipes.
PF1000 butt welding machine is designed for self aligning facer always produces parallel pipe faces.
Connect the planning tool and the electric unit with the hualun brand plug (with CE certificate), which is easy to operate and not easy to wear.
