Description
KN-800 curve edge banding trimming machine features:
1. Rotatable double stacking arms, Two stacking arms,trimming and edge banding part can work independently at the same time, The edge banding part arm can also be used for trimming (one person can easily handle large boards, 2 people and 2 arms can work on small boards at the same time, improving efficiency.
2. The angle of the edge banding/trimming assembly is adjustable, The angle of rotation of the edge banding －70°~+35°, The trimming rotation angle ±45°.
3. Open-type limit/bead assembly, When feeding, it wil automatically return to the position; When the edging is finished, it opens automaticaly. (Avoid glue accumulation by turning the rubber roler for a long time).
4. Comes with a stacked arm brake, Release the suction cup,and the brake will automatically start to prevent the arm rod from swinging.
5. Glue pot: Teflon coating inside,PUR/EVA dual-purpose glue pot, one-touch glue cleaning on the screen.
