New Road Construction Equipment Soil Stabilizer XL2503
Stabilized Soil Block Press Machine
The soil stabilizer applies to site mixing operation of stabilized oil in substratum and bottom stratum during highway, city road, square, wharf and parking lot engineering etc.It allows also mix-in-place of different proportion of lime ash soil,lime fly ash stabilized aggregate ,stabilized gravel, etc.
Performance Characteristics:
1. The machine adopts WP12 series electronic fuel injection engine, this engine has low emission and noise; the engine has some advanced functions like online display, diagnosis, and fault warning.
2. Drive system adopts engine +transfer case, the transfer case connects the rotor pump, walking pump and auxiliary pump.
3. Work rotor is driven by high speed motor and speed reducer, work rotor uses Kennametal tool bit and the tool holder, the rotor layout is independent designed,reasonable and ensuresevenly mixing, etc.
4. Travel system: front axle steering, rear axle, drive axle has two gears, high speed used for traveling, low speed used for
operation. The low pressure wide base deep tread tyres are installed in the drive axle, this tyre has big adhesive force and
strong anti slip ability.
5. This cab uses wide structure, installs the heating and air conditioner equipped with fan device, Mp3 and radio,comfortable operating.
