What is the lead time?
We have a large stock of center pivot irrigation systems. Normally the lead time is 10 days.

What is the warranty?
1 year for the whole pivot, 5 years for motors and gearboxes, and 10 years for the galvanized parts.

What about the installation?
We can provide the installation video and online assistance. If the customer needs our technician to come to the site to instruct how to install it, the customer should bear the cost of his return ticket, his travel cost, and his food and accommodation etc.

What about the after-sale service?
Within the warranty period, all the parts damaged are free if it is not because of misoperation. After the warranty, the customer can contact our company for any assistance. To replace some parts, the customer can either buy the new parts from us or buy them from the local market because our parts are compatible with Zimmatic.
