Description

Hydraulic tube end forming machine for the expanding, reducing and forming of metal pipes.

Expansion made by sectors moved by hydraulic ejector.

Every diameter needs a different set of sectors.

Machine can work with horizontal or vertical tube. It is fine for tube end calibration, to join 2 tubes.
Diameter from 60 mm to 300 mm.

Thickness from 0.8 mm to 4 mm
Machine by special expander system can forming edge, calibration, cutting, reducing  tube.

 

All the machines are designed and constructed according to international standard security laws (CE) and to the Specifications of the customer. Machines have all the documentation that is simple to understand for the operator, with all the drawings, the diagrams and the plans.
