NVR (NBR/PVC rubber) is a rubber and plastic alloy rubber that is processed using Nitrile Rubber(NBR)and Polyvinyl chlorides (PVC) with lPN (Interpenetrating Polymer Networks Structure) technology in liquid state trough a chermical grafting reaction.The product has dual characteristics of both nitrile rubber and chloroprene rubber, which is not just a simple NBR/PVC compound materal.
Characteristics
NVR retains the ozone resistence property of Chloroprene rubber (CR) and the oil resistance property of Nitrie Rubber(NBR), which can signifcanty improve the weather aging resistance, flame resistance, oil and fuel resistance and chemical resistance properties and other properties of the products. The procdcts comply with REACH, SVHC, ROHS directive and manufactured through strict production process control ISO:016ZB12Q22258R0S.
Application
NVR can be used in automobile fuel pipe and pipe external surface rubber, steel braided high pressure and ultrahigh pressure hose, wire and cable jacket, textile industrial roller/ picker, automobile seal, escalator handralil belt, printing and dyeing roller, seals and O-ring and automobile molded parts, aviation rubber products, rubber sheets, rubber belt, conveyer belt, safety boots, working shoes, mining shoes and other products industries.

Stored in a cool, dry and ventilated environment, avoid direct sunlight, away from heat, storage temperature should not be higher than 40℃.
