 Ruian Xinshun PVA/PLA Corn Starch PE Film Blowing Machine for Garbage Plastic Bags 

             

Uses: It is suitable fbr blowing the plastic film as high density polyethylene(HDPE), low densitypolyethylene(LDPE)and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), which is widely used torpacking foodstuff; Garment, textile, daily-use articles and industrial products etc. It can producepearl film and degradation film via making up a prescription.

Characteristics:

1. The screw stem and cylinder are made of 38CRMOALA high quality alloy steel after fine finishing and nitridcd treatment, which has high hardness, strong resistance to corrosion, durable servivce.

2. The die head is plated with hard chrome of screw mandrel type structure w th even and smooth discharging, the blown plastic film has fine finishing; The blewer is of labyrinthstructure with even air output.

3. The coiling unit adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewingding, which is driven by torque motor, with even and smooth rewinding and easy roll chang.
