Usage 

A + B agent or polyurethane foam separately pours into the feed cup. Firstly, turn off the switch of straw and insert the double-liquid needle locked, start the power switch and inject the water-sealing agent into the body for leak stoppage & reinforcement. 

Suitable Materials 

1:1 matching double-liquid non particle low-viscosity liquid. 

1. Double liquid-type PU Foam Waterproofing plugging agent, insulation material, 

2. Double liquid-type quick-setting PU/EPOXY reinforcing agent 

Troubleshooting

1. Ask: Leaking in the nozzle while injection?

Answer: The rubber nut wears out in the nozzle. Dismount the nozzle and replace it with a new one.

 

2. Ask: The pressure of the pump cannot raise?

Answer: Take of the four hexagonal screws in the pressure increasing cylinder, clean groove in the pressure pump with hard brush (steel brush) and steel ball, spring and pressure increasing cylinder. If the surface of the steel ball is not smooth enough, please replace it and assemble it. Adjust the screw, any leaking while injection, please adjust the screw with the special spanner. If it can’t be adjust, please change the washer. 

 

3. Ask: Piston if full of the residue?

Answer: Clean up the residue on the piston.
