- Heat up Tom Yum soup on the stove to boil about 1 minute.
- Add 200 g of fresh meat and cooked until well done (about 3-5 minutes)
- Add 100 g of mushroom, chilli or other vegetables.
- Simmer for 5 minutes or until soften.
- Remove from heat and add lime juice, fish sauce
- Serve with cooked rice.
Serving Suggestion :
- Add vegetable or meat as you like it.
- Add water for a mild curry soup.
- Taste and season as required.
