- Heat up Green curry soup to boil about 1 minute.
- Add 200 g of fresh meat and cooked until well done (about 3-5 minutes)
- Add 100 g of vegetables i.e. eggplant, young coconut.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes or until vegetable soften.
- Add basil leave, red chilli and kaffir lime leaves before removing from heat.
- Serve with cooked rice.
Serving Suggestion :
- Add vegetable or meat as you like it.
- Add water for a mild curry soup.
- Taste and season as required.
