Our company grows over 100 hectares of olive trees in the lands of Sicily, using Organic Agricultural methods with absolute respect for the environment and nature; For over 20 years, the company has been producing, manufacturing and marketing a top-quality product all over the world, establishing lasting stable partnerships and providing direct assistance to importers, distributors and customers.

FACTORY
The company owns a modern mill with cold extraction dedicated to the milling of its own olives. The building, with approximately 1,800 square metres of covered area, has an olive store, oil mill, oil cellar, in-house chemical laboratory, bottling plant and tasting room. The milling process is done a few hours after harvest: the olives are first defoliated and washed then malaxing takes place in tanks protected from air and oxidation and finally the cold extraction method is used to ensure that the oil is NATURAL and HIGH QUALITY.





ENVIRONMENT
Val Paradiso respects the environment and nature: the mill and all organisational units are supplied with clean energy from renewable sources only. Zero emissions are achieved thanks to mini-wind turbines and photovoltaics which produce all the electricity needed.
