PRI-0008 is a multi-functional primer for glass and tile substrate. 

The main function is to increase the adhesion between UV inkjet ink and glass/primer. 

It is used on tile and glass improving the effect of adhesion and water resistance. 

Also, it has very good adhesion for substrate and UV inkjet ink.

Coating Method:
(1) Spraying / Roller Coating / Wiping

Operation Process:
(1) Substrate: Clean dust, oil, and static electricity off the surface of the glass.
(2) Prepare a dust-free cloth and using PRI-0008 applies to the substrate. 

      The thickness is around 15~25μ m.

(3) Leave it for 10 mins for air drying.

(4) UV Inkjet on the primer.

P.S. After inkjet printing, you can use water to clean the unprinted place to take off the primer.

Noted:
(1) After finish using, please put on the lid to avoid the changes of characters.
(2) Please do the inkjet printing within 12 hours after using PRI-0008.
(3) If eyes are accidentally sprayed by primer, please immediately wash out and go to see
      a doctor.

Storage / Operation Condition:
(1)(Room Temperature):20-30°C
(2)(Relative Humidity): <80%
(3) Store the product in a cool and dark place. Avoid sunshine and heat.

Expiry: 

Normally 6 months.
