Ube bending machine by CE certificate
The machine is simple and practical machine which can bend pipe in relatively large radius.
It is operated manual mode.one angle can be preset or use degree scale to set the angle.the basic model 25 and 42 in this series
have mandrel extractor basic model 176 and 114 are with out mandrel extractor,which can be used for bending pipes without
madrels.but the machine frame and mandrel extractor can be built if they are required.

Bending of pipe by bending machine is the same as that of sheet metal. When the outer diameter is D and the wall thickness is t,the pipe wall is thin under the action of tensile stress σ 1 on the outer side of the neutral layer, and the pipe wall becomes
thinner under the pure bending condition. The tensile stress σ 1 acts on the inner pipe wall of the neutral layer, and the pipe
wall becomes thicker. The shape of cross section changes from circular to ellipse due to the action of resultant force F1 and F2.
When the deformation is too large, the outer pipe wall will produce cracks and the inner pipe wall will wrinkle.
