JP60-L Plaster sprayer pump
1. JP60-L,JP60-P is high cost-effective machine introduced German technology.
2. It’s applicable to delivery, bonding and plastering for various kinds of plastering mortar, thermal insulation mortar, floor surface mortar, thick layer of mortar, bonding mortar, masonry mortar, reinforced mortar, filling mortar, perfusion mortar, fiber mortar, self-leveling mortar.
3. It equips mixer system and has the combined functions of mixing, pumping, bonding and plastering. It configures large output mortar pump.
4.It provides with variable regulation for speed, pressure and output. It set the pressure control and protection mechanism to achieves the remote control.

1. JP60-L can pump mortar and perlite to max height to 30m. JP60-L with longer screw conveyor shaft can pump it well, JP60-L doesn't damage perlite at all. The long screw shaft can enure the wet material pump out well.
2. JP60-L can be easier to move, here fits some safty hooks for lifting.
3. JP60-L has auto falling material device. You can pull it slightly, the wet material can fall into feeding hopper quickly.
4. JP60-L is included the Upper mortar mixer and below plastering machine, it can do pump, grout and plaster as it's included air compressor already!

Rotor and stator would be worn out after 1-4 weeks depends on material and operation period.suggest purchase 4--6 sets.
Concrete pump:
After long-time running, the rubber piston and cylinder sleeve may get worn. We will offer some spares for free.
Referring to the service life of each part, we will put a rough estimate of requested spares according to your project scale.
