Selective Wave Soldering machine MF302 , it is a multi-purpose machine. It can be used for single-point soldering, removal of ICs and parts; changeable nozzles with special tools are suitable for all kinds of PCBs.
MF302 Features
1 MF302 Auto dipping solder tin design, this can do part soldering and PCB after welding process;
2 Position accurately, dip solder tin uniform, automatic operating is more easy and high efficiency.
3 MF302 With changeable nozzle of any sizes; all kinds of PCBs will be soldered by replacing nozzles;
4 Step-less adjustment, stable wave crest will reduce empty solder, edge solder and other phenomenon;
5 Point-point solder, little power consumption;
6 This machine is compact and versatile. MF302 It is easy to be transported and space saving.
7 Titanium Solder tank nozzles, solder pumping mechanism are made from special steel alloy material (SUS316), No corrosion and no bursting apart problem in lead free soldering. Minimum solder dross.
8 MF302 Machine will be shipped with 3 different sizes nozzle as per customer specs.
9 Preset timer every day (option);
10 N2 protection system to prevent solder pad and lead oxidation (option);
