1.Brief introduction

  Single-tank Thermoplastic Paint Melter, the same as TW-Y Hydraulic double-cylinder Pre-heater, are one of the key machines for the construction of thermoplastic marking at present. With hydraulic drive as well as positive and reverse rotation controlled by multi-way reversing valve, the melting speed gets faster. It is mostly used in the construction of marking at the sites where fast melting is required such as freeway, State Highway, Provincial Highway etc.

5. Components

 

Heat resisting pipe is used as hydraulic delivery.Two control handles change the speed and direction of agitator.

                                                       

 

Boiler inside(8mm thickness of boiler bottom, short but long diameter, large heating area)

 

 

 

5. Tie-in machine
