Working principle of TW120*100*4Precast Beam Machine:

 

The concrete beam forming machine works on the flat platform with the motor power. After convened by the speed reducer and taking advantage of the repeatedly straight working line of the slider, the cement is pushed into the mold in the machine to be formed.

Meanwhile the outside vibration makes the concrete highly plasticized. Under the reaction of the slider moving, the whole machine will move along the steel wire overcoming the frictional resistance. The concrete beam is forming behind the machine. After few days’ maintenance, we can cut the concrete beam into different length.
