Drum Scrubber Washing Machine is consisted of two parts: one is for washing the clay, another is for sieving different sizes ores. There are 4 carrier rollers to support the drum. The Gold Trommel Washing Machine is working rotary through the gear in the middle of the outside drum. In the washing part, it's a closed space ,there are some plate in this part. When the material is fed from the feeder to the washing part, during the force of watering and striking, the clay and ore will be separated, the fine particle will be flowed to the sieving part. The sieving screen of Gold Trommel Washing Machine will separate different size ores, the ore bigger than screen mesh will go to the discharge hopper, and the small ores will be flow out from screen mesh and go to next machine, such as sluice box, centrifugal concentrator, shaking table ect.

1.Gold Trommel Drum : For washing sticky clay from ore.
2.Inside drum lined plate: for breaking the clay and ores, wash more clean the material, can be rubber lined plate or iron steel plate welded inside drum
3.Sieving Screen of Gold Trommel Washing Machine : for sieving different sizes ores, the screen mesh size& layer quantity & screen materials can be customized, screen material can be PU , manganese steel or stainless steel. Mostly use PU
4.Motor: Electric Motor or diesel according to request.
5.Rubber Drying Tyres: For supportting and running the drum.
6.Reducer: works together with motor and bearing for transmission drum rotating.
7.Gold Trommel Base Frame: Supporting the whole trommel scrubber
