1.The description of freeze dryer machine .
Dish material: 1L 1.5L 2Liter
● Ordinary drying configuration -- materials are dried after pre-freezing in the material tray;
-- Dry the celin bottle containing materials after pre-freezing. After drying, tighten the cap of the bottle under vacuum state manually, which is equivalent to vacuum packaging;
● Top Press configuration -- materials are pre-frozen in a special bottle and connected to the lyze-drying hood by rubber valve.
In the process of freeze-drying, the freeze-drying bottle can be replaced at any time through the on-off valve. It can be used for freeze-drying different kinds of materials at the same time, and 8 special bottles of different capacities can be hung at the same time, with high drying efficiency.
● Multi-manifold drying manifold gland -- lyophilized cover can lyophilize materials in xilling bottle and pressure cover, and lyophilized cover can be hung for drying, which improves the lyophilization efficiency.
