Introduction
This series of equipment adopts Italian terrazzo brick machine technology, using sand and cement concrete as raw materials, using special steel molds, PLC programming, high-frequency vibration, flattening, vacuum drainage and hydraulic pressure filtration molding.
Raw materials: Sand, stone and cement can be used to add a large amount of industrial waste such as fly ash, slag, steel slag, coal gangue, ceramsite, and perlite.

Operating steps
♣ . At first, the raw materials are put into the floor tile making machine bucket elevator, then deliver to the rolling mixer, at this time, you must add some water into it.
♣ . After mixing, the mixture comes into the dosing feeder, then,
the measurable mixture that one tile need will put down on the mold below through a small hole.
♣ . Then, a tile can be formed by high pressure, the pressure is about 125 tons. So the produced tile is very stable and dense. I think the constructor can boldly walk on the paved roof.
♣ . The tile needs to dry out for about 10 days. Then you can paint.
