Working Principle&Processing
♣ . At first, the raw materials are put into the floor tile making machine bucket elevator, then deliver to the rolling mixer, at this time, you must add some water into it.
♣ . After mixing, the mixture comes into the dosing feeder, then, the measurable mixture that one tile need will put down on the mold below through a small hole.
♣ . Then, a tile can be formed by high pressure, the pressure is about 125 tons. So the produced tile is very stable and dense.
♣ . The tile needs to dry out for about 10 days.
♣ .The dried terrazzo can be polished and colored by the polishing machine to obtain a finished product.
