 Automatic Rocker Switch Assembly Machine  

Introduction                

1. This automatic rocker switch assembly machine manufactured to implement from components loading, feeding, locating, inserting, riveting, cutting, pressing, testing, sorting to final unloading.

2. Designed with excellent compatibility that could be a solution for a series of rocker switch in different model and size.

Assembly Flow

1. Terminal loading and feeding.

Terminal with silver contact riveted are conveyed through vibratory bowl feeder and enter into workstation orientated

2. Plastic housing loading and feeding

A custom selector is mounted on vibratory bowl ensure the plastic housing conveying to the designated position and await assemble 

3. Terminal insertion and cutting 

Terminal will be inserted to the plastic housing through a special press and insertion mechanism. After insertion, the special made cutting device will perform cutting process.

4. Contact sheet loading and assembly

The contact sheet of rocker switch conveying slide way from vibratory bowl to the assembly flow, and then assemble with the plastic housing which inserted terminals

5. Spring loading and assembly 

A custom designed vibratory bowl is introduced to convey the spring orderly, when spring move to the designated position, the second assembly process will performed and assembly with the semi-product mentioned above. 

6. Button loading and assembly 

Button conveyed through a special vibratory bowl and move to the assembly flow automatic and with the same orientation. The third assembly process will be implemented to finish the final rocker switch. 

7. Testing and sorting 

Conductivity testing and CCD visual inspection system perform the sorting mechanism and make division of rejects and accepts and unloaded separately

1. All of automatic assembly motions in entire machine are designed with continuous interlock function, the machine will alert & shutdown in an automatic way if any abnormal occurred;

2. The Pneumatic component or parts are introduced with branded Air TAC,SMC ,Festo that enables the process more stable and accurate;
3. With the user-friendly human machine interface (HMI) and touch control panel, easy to operate and also protect the safe of the operator;

4. The branded Mitsubishi PLC, Skyworth or Winview HMI (human machine Interface) touch screen, Japan KEYENCE Optical Fiber are introduced.
