As the most advanced and sensitive explosive detector currently, this hand-held explosive detector can be used to detect 38 kinds of common explosives including nitro explosives such as TNT and DNT etc., plasticized explosives, emulsion explosives, PW0 explosives etc., and it has the unique advantages in terms of the locally made explosives with the “Asian characteristics”, remedying the defects of products of the same kind in this field.

This product is featured high sensitivity and the lower limit of detection reaches ppq (10-15 g/mL); light weight with only 0.82kg , easily operated by one hand; long work time, can continuously work for 8 hours after full charge;

it has extraordinary adaptability to the environment, and can work normally under the ultra-low temperature condition of -40℃ and extremely wet environment of 98% humidity.

Compared with the domestic and overseas counterparts, integrated with the wireless sensing network module, this detector firstly creates the wireless launch alarm mode, and the users can conduct the remote wireless monitoring for the equipment through the computer terminal and headset, effectively protect the lives of frontline staff.

In addition, it can also be additionally configured to meet the testing requirements under different application environments. The system consists of a control unit and a separate explosives detection probe, which can be directly operated by one hand, also can be connected through cables to mechanical manipulator with a probe.

 

 

Main Features:

1. Ultra high sensitivity

This device adopts the fluorescent conjugated polymer and mono-molecular layer sensing film, and can detect the micro-traces of explosive molecule (detection limit to ppg (10-15g/ml)). For field operation, it can match well-trained explosive detection dog.

2. Light weight

This device adopts proprietary mono-molecular fluorescent film, tailor-made weak optical signal detection circuit with light three-proof molded plastic shell, only 820g.

3. Easy operation

The operation is very simple. One staff can operate it after only 3 to 5 hours of training. In addition, the dismountable design makes it much easier to replace the sensors and battery, and no special tool is needed for replacement.
