• Compared with open mixing mill, it is more energy effective and the capacity is 6-8 times more under the same power level.


• The special dust sealing unit provides reliable sealing.


• The machine is rather durable in use, because the rotor uses 42Crmo material and is plated by hard chrome so does the decelerator and gearbox.


• Effective temperature control - excellent cooling or heating effect (All the parts in contact with stock adopt jacket design in order to lead water/steam/medium oil to control the temperature.)


• The electrical control system adopts PLC, thus it provide perfect and reliable control, detection & alarm and the necessary safety interlocking functions.
