Fluidized IQF Tunnel Freezer Main Structure:

1.Stainless Steel Conveyor Belt:
We adopt food grade stainless steel as the material of conveyor belt. The surface of belt is flat and neat.
2.Insulation Panels:
PUF sandwich panels, 150mm thick, 0.8mm stainless steel sheets outside
3.Access Door:
The doors we chosen are specially used in low temperature environment and equipped with frame heating system for each.
4.Driving System:
Speed reducer + Variable speed controller
5.Evaporator and Fan:
Both the tubes and fins of evaporator are made of aluminum alloy. The large fins and different fin pitches can assure the perfect effect of heat exchange.

6.Water Discharging Design:
Full welded stainless steel water discharging plate will be installed on top of floor panels. It will bring defrosting water out of cabinet through many stainless steel draining pipes
7.Inlet & Outlet device:
Both the Inlet & Outlet device are made of food grade stainless steel.
8.Electric Controlling System:
We adopt Schneider or Siemens electric components
