ZCTR02A  series inclinometers  are with high cost performance , and popularly used for drill rig  and other angle inclination with readout applications. 

It is with high accuracy of 0.5 degree, higher resolution of 0.1 degree, with max measuring range of +-60degree.

The readout support communication with 232,TTL and 485 type inclinometers.

Q: Why tilt switch alarm in mistake? How to dispose the tilt switches alarm in mistake?

A:Bump or around interference will lead to switch on / off angle info is changed .

Please confirm if the above condition is existed, if not and after test, the sensor still alarm in mistake, please contact with us.

Q: How to settle down output jitter problem?

A:Firstly check if the power supply is stable, supply voltage fluctuation will lead to output jitter, especially for DC 5V supply.

For digital output inclinometer, normally it is with filter parameter set, the parameter is relevant response frequency, greater the filter parameter, more stable of the output and lower response frequency. User can set it according to needs.

Q:the output data are abnormal?

A: First please check the mounting .the wrong mounting will cause wrong abnormal output .

In generally speaking , Biaxial inclinometer are horizontally mounted , single axis inclimometers are vertically mounted. Please refer to the datasheet and mount correctly.
